Denys, from Newmarket, Co. Cork, a town north west of Mallow and close to Kanturk, is a highly experienced QFA having began his career in the Financial Industry in 2009. Denys loves dealing with people and takes great pride in the fact that he has helped
so many people throughout the Munster region in fulfilling their personal and financial dreams.

Denys has been immersed in sport all his life. Before retiring from playing in 2013. Denys represented Cork in football at various levels winning 2 All-Ireland Junior Football medals, played senior Football with Duhallow for some 15 years and won 2 County Titles with his club Newmarket. Denys also played rugby for a number of seasons with his local club Kanturk RFC.
Since retiring from contact sports, Denys has held numerous coaching roles within the GAA & LGFA communities and is currently the secretary of his local Newmarket Ladies Football Club. Golf and attending matches with his wife Karen and 2 daughters are now his main pastimes.
In recent years, Adventure Racing has become a large part of life for Denys having completed numerous races throughout Ireland and a number of 12-hour races which he completed to help raise valuable funds for various local charities.
